USAGE - RAINBOW SPARKLE PEARL VARNISH - part 1

In this post we introduce you our valued customers another quality product from RCS. Here, we use the "Rainbow Sparkle Pearl Varnish" (and some other Texture paint) to draw a colorful image on the floor. You can design your own favorite design and then transfers it onto the floor, wall and even the ceiling of your building!
Before starting the drawing process, coat the floor/wall with one layer of base coat.

we design a modern looking image in the computer (Adobe Illustrator) and then use some simple method to enlarge the image on the floor.

some simple tools that you need in order to draw the design.

use the well wrapped bricks (with smooth surface for easier sticking of the "tack-it") to straighten the line, so that you get a very long "ruler" to draw straight line.

As seen in the diagram above, draw the 2 diagonal line and they will intersect so that you can get the exact center of the floor, this is the center of the circular motif of the design.

use a long ruler to draw the lines

stick the nail at the center of the floor and use the "Tack-It" to attach it straight up and make it as the pivot to draw the circles you want.

use the knots at varying distance from the center to draw circles of different size, while drawing the circles, make sure that diameter of each particular circle remain the same (by putting the knot near the tip of the 2B pencil and slightly tighten the line while drawing)

repeat the above procedures so that you get all the circles and lines you want

finally, we use the masking tapes to mask the parts don't want to be painted with Rainbow Sparkle Pearl Varnish (and Artistic Texture Paint), so that after finishing the whole painting process, we will peel off the masking tape to reveal the grayish line.

The painting process will be posted in the next posting, stay tuned...
